I started my role heading up Enterprise accounts ($500M-$1B in revenue) for the east coast on March 31, 2025.
In the Americas, there are 12 total reps (a mix of Enterprise and Strategic Named AEs).
I finished the year 3/12 in terms of quota attainment...but my attainment was just 26.2%.
Our team quota attainment was 16%; the sales org attainment was 28% and 10/12 reps on my team were below 30%.
I take 100% ownership for my lack of success in my current role.
My standards for my performance are HIGH and my results are disappointing.
